I've been seeing Kelly for nearly 7 years now, and she has helped me get out of pain completely. She is caring, understanding, and incredibly knowledg...eable. I've dealt with SI joint and hip dysfunction, at times causing debilitating pain, making it difficult to walk or stand. She always puts me back in alignment and over the years, has helped me understand the small symptoms to recognize if I'm coming out of alignment, and exercises to fix it myself, gently. Becoming pain-free isn't a quick process and takes a lot of intentionality on our part as patients, and trusting what Kelly offers us, even if it's not what we always want to hear.
